* To place an order, click below by Tuesday midnight for weekend pie orders. A confirmation email will be sent once the order is placed, confirming the order and pickup day/hour.  All orders are final; store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund.  Gift cards/certificates not eligible for holiday weekends. Pies are received by pickup (no shipping) in a 9 1/2 inch pie tin.  Pies are $30-40; for multiple orders, place one at a time in cart!




Meyer Lemon Tart

(Raspberry Coulis & Basil)



​This pie is all about that sweet sour pucker!  Over a full cup of meyer lemon juice creates a creamy yet tart filling similar to lemon meringue curd, with a sweet/tart bright red raspberry coulis drizzle, a scatter of strawberries and blueberries, and whipped cream infused with basil.  Champagne cookie crust compliments this trio.  We are loving this pie!

Our signature award winning Triple Berry Cabernet with the addition of strawberries and tart cranberries - berrylicious and soo good with vanilla ice cream for that sweet/tart bite!  *2016 KCRW Award Winner




 Cider Caramel Apple Pecan 


Traditional Granny Smith apples with an extra layer of flavor from concentrated apple cider, topped with a crown of buttery oat/pecan crumble and drizzled inside and out with a silky butterscotch caramel glaze and toasted chopped pecans, plus a sprinkling of caramel sugar.  A crazy good combo!




Old Fashioned Chocolate Cream



Our signature rich chocolate cream pie - the way our Mom used to make it - dark, creamy goodness topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. 



Triple-Berry Cabernet


Our award winning Triple berry pie (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries) steeped in a wee bit of Cabernet wine with a hint of lemon and Saigon cinnamon. *2015 KCRW Award Winner




Sour Cream Cranberry Apple


Juicy plump cranberries are sprinkled into Granny Smith apples and doused in a heavy cream/lemon mixture that makes a sweet cream with a hint of tart rather than actual sour cream.  Topped with a brown sugar oat crumble.    This sour cream pie is quickly becoming a shop hit. 




Banana Dulce de Leche 

 

Old fashioned banana cream sits atop a layer of thick Dulce de Leche caramel with chunks of banana, a hint of rum, and an angelic Whipped Cream Topping.  A caramel rum drizzle and caramel sugar finishes off this masterpiece of a pie.  Pure Serendipity. 




Washington Cherry Lattice  


Dark and Tart Cherries pair with earthy spices in a match made in heaven; not cloyingly sweet and goopy, but rather, bright, fresh and plump cherries with just the right amount of sugar.  Crumble topped cinnamon sugar sprinkle or two crust.  A shop sell-out. 




Sea Salt Caramel Mango-Passion


An unlikely but so good combination of tropical mangos, passion fruit juice and salty house made caramel with a crumble top and a dash of Maldon sea salt - our number one seller at the shop! *2016 KCRW Award Winner




Cognac Coconut Cream 


Rich, buttery Coconut Cream with a splash of Cognac and topped with coconut enhanced whipped cream and Toasty Coconut,  Variations:  Almond Joy.  Specify by email.

Cranberry Raspberry Apple Crumble



Seasonal bright red cranberries and raspberries speckle this Granny Smith and Pink Lady Apple pie.  Gorgeous fall color and taste - topped with our signature butter brown sugar oat crumble - a seasonal shop favorite. 




Cranberry Cherry Lattice/Crumble


A childhood favorite.  Seasonal perfect Washington Cherries pair with bright, plump cranberries and dried cherries for a super cherry one-two-punch.  Beautifully hued - this fall pie sold out in record time last fall.  Lattice crust or our signature butter brown sugar oat crumble. Burnt Caramel Ginger Pear


Our award winning pear pie, laced with burnt housemade caramel, spiced to perfection with warm candied ginger getting all cozied up for a very autumn, seasonal and comforting pie.  Topped with a more concentrated brown butter/oat/brown sugar streusel and a dusting of housemade ginger sugar.  



Maple Pumpkin


My Mom made the best pumpkin pie in the world, and this is her recipe.  Creamy, yet dense, and nicely spiced - this pie screams fall and coziness.  Topped with maple whipped cream rosettes, a sprinkle of housemade maple sugar and maple leaves.  Thanks Mom! 




Brown Sugar Sour Cream Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cheesecake


Yup.  We bake a Peanut Butter Chip Butterfinger Studded Peanut Butter Cheesecake in a Pecan Graham Crust and top it with a Brown Sugar Sour Cream glaze while cooling.  Topped with whipped cream rosettes, honey roasted peanuts and crushed Butterfingers. A shop sell out.




Kona Mocha Walnut Brownie



It's back! An absolute shop sell out every time we have it!  A chocolate walnut brownie baked right into our crust.  Topped with an Espresso Glaze, Ghiradelli Chocolate Sprinkles and a hint of housemade Espresso Sugar. 





Salted Caramel Fudge Crostata



A unique circular Italian Crostata pie with super flaky pie crust encasing fudgy chocolate and topped with Salted Caramel.  Cut this one into wedges - the second most requested pie at the shop!



 Boysenberry​



Seasonal fat juicy boysenberries need nothing else added - they are the star of this pie.  My absolute favorite.  *Inquire prior to ordering, as Boysenberry is extremely seasonal!



Caramel Pumpkin


Our traditional Pumpkin pie with a swirl of creamy, silky caramel.  Can't keep this one stocked when we serve it up in the shop!  Very holiday feels with this fall pie flavor.



Chocolate Walnut Turtle Tart



Chocolate crust, salty walnuts, a fudgy filling, and thick salted caramel?  Yes please.  A new fall pie similar to pecan pie but more fudgey.  Nothing but oodles of yum in this pie.





Blueberry Blackberry Bourbon



These three partners in crime, create such a vibrantly purple pie, only rivaled by its wonderful fall taste.  Topped with our signature brown butter/brown sugar oat crumble, and a scattering of housemade blueberry sugar.
