Pie Dough Classes!

So many have asked for us to get back to teaching these classes!  I have taught folks how to make a great pie for 20 years in Nor-Cal, 6 years here - all with great success!  Covid derailed us the last almost two years, but with vaccinated guests and of course myself, we feel we can safely hold a class at the shop.  Masks will be required.  Class includes an in-depth pie history/lecture, demo-type instruction, an instruction packet with recipes and all the trade secrets to take home containing all the tips and tricks I know, and ongoing troubleshooting with you for life.  Both sweet and savory pies will be addressed.  Classes limited to three - waitlist will be formulated thereafter.  We promise you will have fun and learn to make a great pie! Bring your questions, sense of humor, and pie tales.  Novice pie makers welcome! Hope to see you there!
