While we grow and restructure our business, we will no longer be taking advance custom pie orders this holiday season except for Pie Club Card Members or Gift Cards via the special links above. We recommend you join the Pie Card Club! We plan to spend holiday time with family for the first time in 6 years this year, so holiday pies will be made for Pie Card Club requests only. Signature Triple Berry Cabernet


Our award winning Triple Berry Blend, with steeped with a smidge of Cabernet wine, plus seasonal winter Nantucket Cranberries in our signature award winning double butter crust pie.  There's a reason it's a shop sellout and was voted Best Fruit Pie by KCRW - yum.




Strawberry Smores


Our hand mashed honey graham crust, a layer of Chocolate Ganache, Fresh Strawberries, Chocolate Mousse, and a Marshmallow Toasted Meringue top!




Summer Blueberry Lemonade


Our signature Lemon icebox pie, housed in a hand mashed honey graham cinnamon crust with a topping of Northwest Wild Blueberry compote.  Whipped cream rosettes finish this amazing summer pie.




Tahini Caramel Apple Pecan


Our signature three apple blend, baked to perfection, topped with a slightly savory house made salted caramel infused with Tahini, atop our brown sugar/butter/oat crumble with sesame seeds & toasted pecans.




Birthday Cake Celebration Cream


Our Vanilla Bean pastry cream infused with birthday cake batter, and squares of frosted butter cake and Funfetti sprinkles!  Topped with whipped cream and more Funfetti, housed in our butter crust. *Chocolate also available.




Turtle Coconut Cream


An ode to my favorite Girl Scout Cookie, a deep chocolate hand mashed cookie-coconut crust, houses a layer of Salted Caramel and our Cognac Coconut Cream.  Topped with chocolate whipped cream, caramel swirls, chopped pecans and chocolate curls.




Strawberry Lemonade


A summer spin on our classic Key Lime!  Our signature tart and tangy Key Icebox Lemon pie, topped with a fresh seasonal Strawberry infused whipped cream. We think the light Strawberry flavor is a great compliment to this always shop sell out that screams summer deliciousness. 




 Salted Caramel Fudge Galette


Our signature puff pastry Galette crust holds a brownie like chocolate mound, topped with housemade salted caramel.  Pink Maldon Sea Salt flakes speckle that caramel in a tasty and elegant finish.  Cut into slices like a pizza - that is, after you place scoops of vanilla ice cream on top!




Fresh Peach Blackberry Raspberry Crumb


One of our favorite fresh Peach pie combinations!  Tenerelli Orchard peaches and vibrant market Blackberries & Raspberries.  Our signature cinnamon butter/brown sugar/oat crumb seals the deal. 




Eat Your Feelings!


Creamy Nutella Mousse, piled into a hand-crafted potato chip/honey graham crust!  Topped with a silky layer of Chocolate Ganache, and toasted Hazelnuts & crushed potato chips.  Because life's stresses are real.  So good, we're keeping it on our full-time menu. 




Raspberry Buttermilk Zinger


Our inspiration for this pie happened at the Beach after New Years; our signature Berry Buttermilk Southern pie, baked with coconut and Raspberries only!  Very reminiscent of that childhood Dolly Madison favorite. It's the sexy little black dress of pies.




Bumbleberry



A unique blend of Blackberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Rose Rhubarb & Apples with a Brown Sugar/Butter/Oat Crumble.  Uniquely hued and very delicious!




Brown Sugar Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cheesecake Pie


Yep.  It's a Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake in a pie!  Butterfingers swirled throughout, with a Brown Sugar Sour Cream baked topping.  All in our hand mashed Cinnamon Graham crust.  A shop favorite!




Bourbon Sweet Potato-Pumpkin


A smooth and silky Sweet Potato & Pumpkin pie almost as good as our seasonal spiced Pumpkin. Warm notes of Ginger & Nutmeg, a splash of bourbon, housed in our hand mashed graham/gingersnap butter cinnamon crust.  Topped with whipped cream and sugared pralines.




Cherub


I.e., Cherry Rhubarb.  Rhubarb is mostly available year-round now, but please check availability prior to ordering.  Our signature Cherry pie married with the sweet and puckery Rose Rhubarb. A delicious Summer favorite.




Butterscotch Pineapple Macadamia


We roast fresh Pineapple when it is in season, and bathe it in a Brown Sugar/Rum mixture, then speckle it with Butterscotch chips.  Macadamia Coconut Crumble and ribbons of Butterscotch Caramel takes you to the tropics with one bite.




Margarita Key Lime


A salted rimmed honey graham/pretzel coconut crust, and tequila spiked Key Lime filling.  Topped with whipped cream and white chocolate curl and a pretzel. You had us at tequila.




Jumbleberry


Boysenberries, Dark Cherries, Blackberries & Raspberries in this one - a flavor combination combining the best of the Summer Berries.  In our butter two crust pie with a sugared lid.




Sour Cherry Zinfandel Lattice 


Sour cherries shipped to us specially from the Northwest, with a smidge of Zinfandel for depth, debut in our take on Cherry pie.  Adorned with a hand crafted lattice crust. We hear it's the best Cherry Pie in Los Angeles and, humbly, we have to second that.  




Mile High Cognac Coconut Cream


My Mom had it right oh so many years ago - and the demand for coconut pie proves it.  Her signature pastry cream recipe lives on in this creamy, coconut filled pie with a hint of Cognac and vanilla bean paste.  Buttery, creamy, coconut delight.  In our signature award winning butter crust and topped toasty coconut, and housemade coconut sugar.  Thanks Mom. 




Brown Sugar Oregon Marion Berry


These berries are beautifully hued and seedless, setting them apart from Blackberries.  Shipped to us fresh picked from the Northwest Mountains, this pie is deliciously topped with our signature crumble.




French Browned Butter Sour Cream Apple Walnut



A unique blend of our signature apples, with a creamy custard pour, and a delicious browned butter walnut crumble.  Sweet, tart, crunchy,  yet creamy, absolutely wonderful.




Mexican Chocolate


Our signature Mexican Chocolate Cream, housed in our Butter crust, with chocolate infused whipped cream and French dark chocolate sprinkles.  Always a shop sellout!




Toll House Toffee Walnut Cookie


Chocolate Chip Cookie pie is the pie you never knew you needed so badly!  A classic chocolate chip cookie baked into our butter pie crust, studded with walnuts and toffee bits. We recommend eating it warm  with a hefty scoop of vanilla ice cream for that ultimate comfort food dessert.  We promise. 




Texas Chocolate Pretzel Pecan


Our signature Southern Pecan Pie, with crushed pretzels and Vahlrona chocolate chips, with plenty of toasted large Texas Pecans.  Baked in our all butter pie crust.




Honey Butterscotch Walnut


Our Honey Walnut Pie begins with perfectly toasted English walnuts and Butterscotch chips, then combined in a bath of creamed butter and honey, and finally baked inside our buttery flaky crust.  You'll want a big ole pile of whipped cream on this one.

Our KCRW award winning spin on the traditional Southern Chess Pie includes loads of butter and brown sugar which bake up into a creamy, caramel wonder.  Topped with Maldon Sea Salt flakes hot out of the oven.  A sweet yet salty creamy bite of Southern heaven.




Caramel Twix Chess


We take our Brown Sugar Caramel Chess, add a thin layer of Chocolate Ganache, and garnish it with Maldon Sea Salt and chopped Twix Candy Bars.  Cuz it's one of our favorite childhood candies.  Only in pie form!

Salted Peanut Butter Cup


A sweet & salty creation rivaling a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup - in pie form.  Hand mashed cocoa graham crust gets a whopping creamy, whipped peanut butter filling, topped with a thin layer of dark chocolate-peanut butter ganache, and a sprinkle of Maldon Sea Salt.




The Salty Monkey

Our Southern Buttermilk Pie, laced with Vermont Maple Syrup, fresh blueberries, and lightly browned with cinnamon sugar on top!  Tastes like a Blueberry pancake!

aka Classic Boysenberry (Seasonal)


Idaho Boysenberries shipped specially to us, bring back all the childhood memories for me - a favorite of both mine and my mother's.  Lightly sweetened with a hint of cinnamon, then baked in our all butter crust with a pretty sugared lid.




Kona Mocha Brownie Chess


 A buttery swirl of housemade Maui Kona Espresso Ganache adorns this pie - a riff on our Chocolate Espresso Chess - only for coffee lovers. Like the very best slightly gooey brownie pie you've ever had with that cup of coffee & cream flavor on top.




Classic Key Lime


Because, as I Heart Radio said in our Podcast with them, "It is the absolute best Key Lime we have ever tasted - and we've tasted a LOT."  Tangy back notes and just the right amount of billowy not too sweet whipped cream and lime zest.  In our hand-mashed butter cinnamon crust! A year-round favorite.




Mexican Chocolate Key Lime


Our famous Key Lime Pie only in a Mexican Chocolate Crust!  A chocolate crust is a southern thing, but boy are we glad we stumbled upon it.  A hint of Cayenne in the Mexican Chocolate makes the lime pop.  Garnished with whipped cream and chocolate curls

A 2021 creation - our KCRW award winning Berries Gone Wild (think Triple Berry with the addition of Strawberries) with a kick from Guava Jam!  Delicious!  Nestled into our butter crust, topped with our Brown Sugar Butter Streusel.




Strawberry Pineapple Rhubarb


Our sweet take on a boring Strawberry Rhubarb pie!  You would be surprised what a handful of fresh Pineapple does to magnify the flavors of these Spring fruits.  Wonderfully refreshing.




 Espresso Bourbon Butterscotch Pecan


There's a reason why we won a 1st Place KCRW ribbon with this pie!  Pecans, Maple Bourbon, Butterscotch Chips, Espresso Powder & Pecans.  Not your traditional Pecan pie, but so deliciously different.




Wild Huckleberry-Apple Graham


Northwest Wild Blue Huckleberries (a sweeter hybrid Blueberry) meets a match made in heaven with Granny Smith and Fuji Apples for that sweet/tart pie.  A Brown Sugar/Butter/Honey Graham crumble is delicious and lets all of that gorgeous color peep through.  This pie hits all the high notes - especially with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.

It just keeps getting better and better!  Butterscotch-caramel pie with a smattering of specially crafted Toffee made just for us!  Whipped cream pillows hide under those heavenly toffee nuggets.  Go ahead - escape - no alcohol involved.




Chocolate Blackberry Malbec


Creamy Chocolate Mousse, with a Malbec infused Blackberry Layer.  Housemade Chocolate cookie crust.  Like our Triple Berry Cabernet, you won't taste the alcohol but the berries have a uniquely tangy flavor.  This pie has fast become the most popular in the shop.




Sky High Strawberry Pie


Refreshingly sexy. Butter crust, a thin layer of vanilla cream, and fresh strawberries mounded with a housemade strawberry glaze.  Topped with whipped cream rosette and Strawberry Crisp Pearls.  Simple, yet satisfying.




Pistachio Cream


Available in July. Honey Graham Butter Crust, houses a delicate Pistachio cream.  Topped with a Blueberry compote and fresh chopped salty Pistachios.  Delightfully Summer.

Whew!  That is a mouthfull!  A Captain Crunch Cereal Crust, our creamy Peanut Butter filling, a Salted Caramel layers, topped with whipped cream rosettes, caramel drizzle, and Captain Crunch bits.  A shop sellout always.




Malt Shoppe Whopper


An ode to my favorite movie theater candy.  Chocolate cookie crust, malted chocolate cream with crushed whoppers, malted whipped cream and garnished with those yummy whoppers!  It's a whopper of a good pie!




Brown Sugar Apple Cranberry


Our signature Apple Blend, studded with vibrant fresh Nantucket Cranberries, then bathed in Brown Sugar and spices, and topped with a Pecan Maple Granola crumble.  Uniquely delicious and an ode to the fall weather coming.  We recommend serving warm with Vanilla Ice Cream.
