Dear Pie Fans,

*Thanksgiving Pie Orders are now full (10/13).  Christmas Pie Orders will go live on November 1.

We will take other whole pie orders until the end of the year, on a limited "ask us" basis, but if we have orders in place, we may not be able to accommodate.  Send us an email, happytracynow@gmail.com, if you need a whole pie and we will try to accommodate when possible.  We are sorry for the inconvenience, and hope to have a few each Saturday for walk in purchase at the shop. 

Below is a master list of pie flavors we can make, and will carry in the shop in mini pie/slice form each week.  These flavors rotate and are only available in personal pie or slice at the shop, on specific weekends.  See the What's Cookin At The Shop link above, updated each Monday to see what we will have for the upcoming weekend.

Pecan Praline Pumpkin

  This pie combines flaky crust, smooth and spiced pumpkin filling, and a sweet/salty/crunchy pecan topping.  The ultimate and best of both the Thanksgiving worlds in one pie.

Coconut Almond Joy Pretzel Toffee

Hand mashed chocolate cookie crust, our decadent Cognac Coconut Cream, whipped cream, a thin dusting of Ghiradelli Cocoa, and crushed Almond Coconut Pretzel Toffee.

Raspberry Marion Berry Almond

Raspberry Marion Berry (seedless blackberries) pie, with a butter/almond streusel.  We get our Marion Berries specially shipped from the Northwest and they are killer.  Check ahead as this pie has limited availability!

Pumpkin Apple

The best of both worlds - a layer of our Iconic Apple Pie filling, and a smooth and creamy top layer of Classic Pumpkin.  Baked into our butter crust.  A pie fan fave.

Pumpkin Brownie Swirl

A rich brownie batter swirl compliments Pumpkin pie so well.  Baked into a chocolate cookie crust.  A supremely delicious fall combination for chocolate and pumpkin lovers.

Champagne Honey Apple

Our signature three apple blend, a bit of bubbly which enhances the pectin in the apples, plus brown sugar and honey make a lighter, deliciously flavored, apple pie. Topped with our buttery crumble and a drizzle of honey.

Caramel Apple Crisp Cheesecake

A Cheesecake baked into a pie! We are giddy over this new recipe - Caramel Apple Crisp with a creamy Cheesecake layer.  Housed in a buttery graham crust.  Yum. * Cranberry-Cherry available also.

Spiced Pumpkin Latte

Coffee & Pumpkin?  Think how well a cup of coffee pairs with a slice of pumpkin pie!  Our signature Pumpkin pie, with Espresso, garnished with Espresso Vanilla Bean whipped cream rosettes and Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Beans.  Not as strong as you might think - and totally delicious.

Chocolate Pumpkin Malt

A chocolate cookie crust, our traditional Pumpkin filling with a hint of Malt powder, garnished with Malted Rum whipped cream and chocolate covered Pumpkin Malt Balls.  Mmmmmmm.

Old Fashioned Pumpkin

Roasted pumpkin, warm fall spices, in the perfect textured fall and winter Pumpkin pie.  Baked into our butter crust, garnished with Whipped cream rosettes and adorned with Roasted Pepitas.

Signature Triple Berry Cabernet

Our award winning Triple Berry Blend, with steeped with a smidge of Cabernet wine, plus seasonal winter Nantucket Cranberries in our signature award winning double butter crust pie.  There's a reason it's a shop sellout and was voted Best Fruit Pie by KCRW - yum. *Triple Berry Jalapeno also available.

Pecan Cream Pie

We've all had the sweet and sticky version.  Cool, creamy, full of Pecans.  Baked into our butter crust.  All that wonderful nutty Pecan flavor just fluffy and creamy.  A completely different Pecan Pie experience!

Dutch Apple Cranberry Cherry Crumb

Fuji, Honeycrisp & Granny Smith apples, bathed in a brown sugar reduced cider bath, and speckled with vibrant red Nantucket Cranberries, Northwest Sour Cherries and a hint of orange Gran Marnier.  Our brown sugar/oat/buttery crumble completes this fall pie.

Birthday Cake Toffee

Our Vanilla Bean pastry cream infused with birthday cake batter, a specialty made Birthday Cake toffee, and Funfetti sprinkles!  Topped with whipped cream and more Funfetti, housed in our butter crust.

 Salted Caramel Fudge Galette

Our signature puff pastry Galette crust holds a brownie like chocolate mound, topped with housemade salted caramel.  Pink Maldon Sea Salt flakes speckle that caramel in a tasty and elegant finish.  Cut into slices like a pizza - that is, after you place scoops of vanilla ice cream on top!

Eat Your Feelings!

Creamy Nutella Mousse, piled into a hand-crafted potato chip/honey graham crust!  Topped with a silky layer of Chocolate Ganache, and toasted Hazelnuts & crushed potato chips.  Because life's stresses are real.  So good, we're keeping it on our full-time menu. 

Chocolate Blackberry Malbec

Chocolate cookie crust, creamy Chocolate Mousse, and a layer of Malbec infused Blackberries.  Garnished with dark chocolate shards and fresh blackberries atop a snow of whipped cream. This pie sells out faster than we can scream Uncle, so we're bringing it back. 

Fall Berry Buttermilk

Raspberries, Blueberries & Marion Berries in our traditional Southern Buttermilk pie.  A dusting of cinnamon sugar completes this deliciously creamy Southern pie. 

Raspberry Buttermilk Zinger

Our inspiration for this pie happened at the Beach after New Years; our signature Berry Buttermilk Southern pie, baked with coconut and Raspberries only!  Very reminiscent of that childhood Dolly Madison favorite. It's the sexy little black dress of pies.

Bourbon Sweet Potato-Pumpkin

A smooth and silky Sweet Potato & Pumpkin pie almost as good as our seasonal spiced Pumpkin. Warm notes of Ginger & Nutmeg, a splash of bourbon, housed in our hand mashed graham/gingersnap butter cinnamon crust.  Topped with whipped cream and sugared pralines.

Nantucket Cranberry Frangipane Galette

Vibrant Nantucket Cranberries and a hint of rum compote style, on a bed of housemade buttery almond Frangipane cream, in our ultra flaky rustic Galette.  Serve this one wedge style and have the vanilla ice cream nearby!  *Available in Tahini Frangipane with Cranberries also.

Caramelized Apple Butterscotch

Caramelized Apples, baked into our butter crust.  Topped with a creamy housemade Butterscotch pudding, and garnished with whipped cream and Butterscotch chips. 

Bacon, Broccoli, Cheddar Quiche

Our classic Quiche, with the addition of Applewood Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Broccoli, Roasted Red Peppers, and Cheddar.  Baked into our flaky butter crust!

Maple Pumpkin Dulce de Leche Swirl

Our Mom's best Old Fashioned Maple Pumpkin pie gets a delicious ribbon of thick Dulce de Leche Caramel swirl.  Folks said this was the best Pumpkin twist they've ever had last year - so it's back for fall.  Baked in our traditional butter crust.

Salted Caramel Cocoa

Our signature Chocolate Cocoa Mousse, folded with housemade Caramel, creates a light and fluffy Chocolate Caramel wonder.  Piled into our hand mashed chocolate cookie crust, and topped with whipped cream and Caramel Pearls.

Pumpkin Spiced Banoffee

Our fall spin on Banoffee pie!  Chocolate cookie crust, Pumpkin spiced Dulce de Leche, Bananas, Banana Cream and Whipped Cream.  Housed in a Pumpkin spiced Honey Graham Cinnamon crust.  We're digging it.

Maple Caramel Apple Walnut

It's apple season folks!  We add a heaping amount of our housemade Maple Salted Caramel and tuck it inside those deliciously spiced fall apples.  Topped with our brown sugar/butter/oat crumble with the addition of toasted English walnuts.

Nantucket Cranberry Cherry

One of the most popular fall pies, with Northwest Dark Sweet Cherries, red Nantucket Cranberries and tart Montmorency dried cherries, baked in our butter crust.  Choice of crumble topping or two crust.  We can never decide which we like better.

Redemption Hazelnut

A riff on our Georgia Pecan pie, only with toasted hazelnuts!  All of that caramelly Pecan pie filling, baked into our butter crust, with a thin layer of dark chocolate ganache.  Drizzling with Nutella never hurts either lol.  Hazelnuts?  You've totally redeemed your standing in the nut world.

Butterscotch Gran Marnier Apple

Golden delicious, Pink Lady's, & Granny Smith apples warmly spiced with Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Ginger and a hint of orange, then baked with Butterscotch chips.  Topped with our brown sugar/butter/oat crumble.

Black Bottom Pumpkin

Perhaps one of our favorite twists on Pumpkin pie! Chocolate pie crust, a thin layer of Chocolate Ganache, our traditional pumpkin pie filling, whipped cream and housemade thick dark chocolate curls.  A sprinkle of Pumpkin spice showers this non-traditional but delicious pie!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin

The second most requested fall pie last year.  Our traditional Pumpkin pie filling speckled with mini chocolate chips, baked into our butter crust.  Topped with whipped cream rosettes and mini chocolate chips and a sprinkle of Nutmeg.  Yum.

Pink Lady Apple w/Pecan Granola Streusel

Pink Lady apples, stewed in spices and lemon, then blanketed with a thick brown sugar/butter/oat/pecan granola topping pair so well with together - we had this with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream at a restaurant and stole the idea - utterly delicious! Yum.

Marion Blackberry Plum

*Seasonal.  Tenerelli Orchards LaRoda plums, dark purple outside, sweet yellow flesh inside can't be beat.  Paired with Oregon Marion Blackberries is a marriage made in fall heaven.  I'll attend this wedding any day.  Ask ahead for availability as this pie is very popular.

Poison Berry

Our favorite Halloween offering.  Peach & Boysenberry pie, nestled under our signature brown sugar/butter/oat crumble. *Limited Availability.

Bailey's Salted Caramel Apple

We infuse our housemade Caramel with Salted Caramel Apple Bailey's liquor, and spoon it over our 3 apple blend.  The result?  A deliciously different apple pie worth every addicting lip smacking bite!

Maple Cinnamon Roll Cider Apple

Housemade crust Cinnamon Rolls crown our signature apple pie!  Baked in our butter crust, after being bathed in a cider reduction.  A drizzle of light  maple glaze frosting is reminiscent of a luscious cinnamon roll. 

Burnt Caramel Pear Pecan

Seasonal juicy pears, housemade extra toasty thick Butterscotch Caramel and roasted Pecans are the fall 1-2-3 punch in this pie.  Browned butter/oat/brown sugar crumble is the icing on this pie.  Delicious.

Snicker's Caramel Apple

Yep.  You heard it right.  We mix in chunks of my favorite candy bar and it just somehow works with fall apples!  Hidden under a crumble topping - when those candy bars melt with the apples and nougat - a very deliciously special thing happens. A Halloween favorite.

Candy Corn Brownie Chess

Our take on a chocolate Halloween pie - our double chocolate brownie chess pie studded with colorful candy corns - all the colors of Halloween in one pie; topped with chocolate curls!  Very fall, very Halloweenish.  Very tasty!

Blueberry Pomegranate

Maine Wild Blueberries get a kick from Pomegranate puree - such a wonderful pie combination!  Brown sugar/butter/oat crumble speckled with fall Pom seeds makes this pie so pretty when all those deep blueberry juices bubble through.

Cranberry Lemon Meringue

Our fall spin on Lemon Meringue pie!  Bright Cranberry puree in a thin bottom layer, with our bright and tangy Lemon Curd, then topped with a whispy Marshmallow Meringue.  So pretty and festive.  Dried Cranberries and Lemon ribbons garnish this stunning holiday pie.

German Chocolate Pecan

Our traditional award winning Pecan Pie, with the addition of German Chocolate and Coconut!  We used to call this one Millionaire's pie because when you eat it, it tastes like a million bucks!  Baked into our butter crust, with a German Chocolate drizzle.

 Blackberry Apple Streusel

Our signature fall 3 apple blend, meet Oregon Marion Berries and a touch of warmly spiced ginger.  A buttery sugared streusel blankets all the dark purple goodness.

Sour Cherry Zinfandel Lattice 

Sour cherries shipped to us specially from the Northwest, with a smidge of Zinfandel for depth, debut in our take on Cherry pie.  Adorned with a hand crafted lattice crust. We hear it's the best Cherry Pie in Los Angeles and, humbly, we have to second that.  

Mile High Cognac Coconut Cream

My Mom had it right oh so many years ago - and the demand for coconut pie proves it.  Her signature pastry cream recipe lives on in this creamy, coconut filled pie with a hint of Cognac and vanilla bean paste.  Buttery, creamy, coconut delight.  In our signature award winning butter crust and topped toasty coconut, and housemade coconut sugar.  Thanks Mom. 

French Sour Cream Apple

A unique blend of our signature 3 apple blend, with a creamy custard pour, and a delicious browned butter crumble. Nantucket Cranberries available on request to speckle and burst in this pie for a sweet, tangy, yet creamy, absolutely wonderful pie. *Email for Cranberry addition.

Mexican Chocolate Cream

Our signature double chocolate, thick yet creamy, Mexican Chocolate Cream, housed in our Butter crust, with cocoa infused whipped cream and French dark chocolate sprinkles.  Always a shop sellout!

Honey Butterscotch Walnut

Our Honey Walnut Pie begins with perfectly toasted English walnuts and Butterscotch chips, then combined in a bath of creamed butter and honey, and finally baked inside our buttery flaky crust.  You'll want a big ole pile of whipped cream on this one.


Southern Brown Sugar Caramel Chess

Our KCRW award winning spin on the traditional Southern Chess Pie includes loads of butter and brown sugar which bake up into a creamy, caramel wonder.  Topped with Maldon Sea Salt flakes hot out of the oven.  A sweet yet salty creamy bite of Southern heaven.

Salted Peanut Butter Cup

A sweet & salty creation rivaling a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup - in pie form.  Hand mashed cocoa graham crust gets a whopping creamy, whipped peanut butter filling, topped with a thin layer of dark chocolate-peanut butter ganache, and a sprinkle of Maldon Sea Salt.

The Salty Monkey

Nutter Butter cookie crustcreamy whipped peanut butter filling, vanilla bean whipped cream laced with bananas, and a Peanut Butter Ganache drizzle, chopped salty Spanish peanuts and pretzels for a delicious finish to this pie.  For the peanut butter purist for sure.


Bittersweet hand mashed chocolate cookie crust, a thin layer of Chocolate Ganache, a thick layer of housemade Dulce de Leche, a thin layer of banana cream, chunks of banana, a halo of whipped cream dusted with Vahlrona Chocolate Cocoa and Dulce de Leche crispy pearls.  Our take on Banoffee couldn't be any finer.  Yum.

Our signature Washington & Pink Lady Apple combination with warm cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, baked with our brown butter oat crumble, hefty Butterscotch Caramel swirls, and toasty Pecans. Mom's special recipe close to my heart.  

 Espresso Brownie Chess 

Our signature Southern decadent Chocolate Brownie Chess Pie made with 60% Cacao, Bittersweet & Semisweet chocolate, a specialty cinnamon, Espresso and Kahlua Rum. Baked in our Butter Crust.  Think the best gooey brownie pie with that hint of coffee flavor.

It's Payday, Folks

Think Pecan Pie, but with salty roasted Virginia Peanuts - otherwise known, as Virginia Peanut Pie.  A creamy peanut butter/brown sugar filling like Pecan pie filling houses those nut beauties.  Baked in our butter crust.

Maple Blueberry Buttermilk Pancake

Our Southern Buttermilk Pie, laced with Vermont Maple Syrup, fresh blueberries, and lightly browned with cinnamon sugar on top!  Tastes like a Blueberry pancake! 

Classic Key Lime

Because, as I Heart Radio said in our Podcast with them, "It is the absolute best Key Lime we have ever tasted - and we've tasted a LOT."  Tangy back notes and just the right amount of billowy not too sweet whipped cream and lime zest.  In our hand-mashed butter cinnamon crust! A year-round favorite.

 Espresso Bourbon Butterscotch Pecan

There's a reason why we won a 1st Place KCRW ribbon with this pie!  Pecans, Maple Bourbon, Butterscotch Chips, Espresso Powder & Pecans.  Not your traditional Pecan pie, but so deliciously different.

Wild Huckleberry-Apple

Northwest Wild Blue Huckleberries (a sweeter hybrid Blueberry) meets a match made in heaven with Granny Smith and Fuji Apples for that sweet/tart pie.  A Brown Sugar/Butter crumble is pure fall deliciousness and lets all of that gorgeous color play peek-a-boo.  This pie hits all the high notes - especially warmed, with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.

Mayan Chocolate Cream

A shop favorite, our deep chocolate cream in a hand mashed chocolate-cinnamon graham crust, with the addition of a specialty Mayan Mexican Cinnamon blend and a hint of cayenne pepper.  Topped with a cloud of cocoa whipped cream, a cinnamon sprinkle, and dark chocolate shards - a soul warming experience.

Salted Caramel Mango Rum Passion

Our most popular pie.  Mangos stewed in Passionfruit, with swirls of housemade Salty Rum Caramel, a Brown Sugar/Butter/Oat crumble, topped with caramel fudge and salty caramel sugar.  Maldon sea salt flakes lend an extra sweet and salty bite. *Habanero Caramel Mango also available.

Raspberry Hazelnut Oreo French Silk

Creamy Chocolate French Silk Mousse, piled into an Oreo cookie crust and speckled with fresh Raspberries!  Whipped cream and loads of chocolate shards finish this pie with a few Strawberry Pearls for pretty color.   For the chocolate lover for sure.

Pistachio Cream

Chocolate cookie crust, a thin layer of chocolate ganache, and creamy Pistachio Cream.  Say whaaaat?  Topped with whipped cream, chocolate shards, and salty shelled pistachios.  A thin ribbon of caramel compliments this uniquely fall pie. *Subject to availability.

Santa's Peppermint Chocolate Crunch

Chocolate cookie crust, creamy Mexican chocolate cream infused with a hint of warm peppermint, and a blanket of whipped cream.  Crushed peppermint candies create a festive and fun holiday border and Chocolate Peppermint Bark completes this pie.

Peppermint Chocolate Chess

Our signature Double Chocolate Chess, with a Peppermint Star Pink Candy smack dab in the middle of each slice!  So pretty and festive and tasty too. Topped with housemade dark chocolate shards, and baked in our all butter crust.  Add a scoop of seasonal Peppermint Ice Cream for a unique holiday treat.

Hot Buttered Christmas Rum

Yes.  We make a rum pastry cream that tasted like a Hot Buttered Rum!  Poured into a baked hand mashed, honey graham/gingersnap crust.  Garnished with Eggnog whipped cream and white and semisweet chocolate curls.
