Think our Key Lime Pie but with Passionfruit! A hand mashed Gingersnap-Honey Graham Crust, and crushed Gingersnap garnish on top of a cloud of whipped cream. Apple Pumpkin Galette
New! Skeptical about Pumpkin & Apples together in one pie? In Nor-Cal, we taught classes with this pie and it was deliciously surprising to all. We layer traditional pumpkin filling on the bottom, and Apples on the top in this open faced butter crust; bake, and speckle with toasted Pecans brushed with Maple Butter. All you need is to serve it warm, with a dollop of ice cream in the center, then cut it like a pizza and watch your guests be stunned.
