Berries Gone Wild
We take our Triple Berry Cabernet, add fall cranberries and autumn strawberries, for a wildberry explosion. We can't decide if we like this one or the Triple Berry better - both KCRW award winning pies, back to back and Jonathan Gold's favorite!
Southern Berry Buttermilk
Our southern style creamy Buttermilk Custard and juicy vibrant purple blackberries and ruby raspberries, sprinkled on top and baked into our signature butter crust. This combination makes the prettiest hued pie! A best seller this time last year.
Smokey Burnt Caramel Peach
We call this the "the bomb" Peach pie. When fresh peaches are in season, we use those. When they are not, our producer gets us flash frozen peaches that are pretty darn tasty. Burnt handmade caramel with a subtle smokey taste, pairs with Brown sugar, nutmeg, allspice, lemon, a hint of ginger, and a secret ingredient plus our buttery crumble, bringing this pie to southern Georgia home sweet home status.
Oatmeal Pecan Scotchie
Just like that famous cookie, think Pecan Pie Filling but with hand toasted steel cut oats, roasted pecans, plus brown sugar, butter, and plenty of Butterscotch chips. We can't think of any other word but YUM.

Our own southern invention, we take fresh Hawaiian Pineapple, stew it in a Brown Sugar Rum broth laced with cinnamon and butterscotch, and bake it in our signature butter crust. When life gives you lemons, make lemon pie! Meyer lemons take the place of Key Limes in this similarly textured pie with a layer of Wild Blackberry compote atop our cinnamon honey graham crust, and a whipped cream topping. Vanilla Gran Marnier Strawberry
We take fresh Strawberry pie very seriously! We craft a honey pecan cinnamon graham crust, and blend fresh strawberries with a special infused Gran Marnier cream, and layer it on top of slightly sweetened fresh strawberries. Springy, strawberry heaven.
