Triple Berry Cabernet


Our award winning Triple Berry Blend, steeped in a smidge of Cabernet wine, in our signature award winning double butter crust pie.  There's a reason it's a shop sellout and was voted Best Fruit Pie by KCRW - yum. *Available in Triple Berry Cabernet Chocolate Chip Crumble also and GF.  Specify by email.



Espresso Butterscotch Pecan


Our KCRW award winning Espresso Pecan Pie, laced with butterscotch chips - a brown sugar butter filling and hint of Espresso and loads of toasted pecans - no corn syrup here! *Available in Chocolate Chip Pecan also.  Specify by email.  



Washington Cherry 


Sweet, dark, tart cherries shipped to us specially from the Northwest, debut in this fresh take on boring Cherry pie.  Adorned with a brown sugar/butter/oat crumble topping or on request, lattice butter top crust.  Folks tell us they have never had a cherry pie this good.  We have to second that.  GF Available. 



Cognac Coconut Cream


My Mom had it right oh so many years ago - and the demand for our cream pies proves it.  Her signature pastry cream recipe lives on in this creamy, coconut filled pie with a hint of Cognac and vanilla bean paste.  Buttery, creamy, coconut delight.  In our signature award winning butter crust and topped with whipped cream, toasty coconut, and housemade coconut sugar.  Thanks Mom. *Black Bottom Available on Paypal link.



Mexican Chocolate Dulce


Yes, it's that same cream pie base from Mom - infused with organic Vahlrona dark and semisweet chocolate, a hint of espresso powder to enhance that chocolate, cinnamon and piled onto a housemade Dulce de Leche caramel bottom, with a honey-cocoa graham crust.  Folks request this pie more than any other cream pie in our shop.  Topped with whipped cream and specialty French chocolate sprinkles. 



Lemonade Ice Box Pie


A twist on our Award Winning Key Lime Pie, we use a blend of tangy lemons in this summer ready refrigerator pie.  Baked in our honey graham crust, topped with whipped cream rosettes lemon sugar and lemon slices.  Cool, creamy, delicious. Available with fresh berries.


 

Sea Salt Brown Sugar Caramel Chess


Our award winning spin on the traditional Southern Chess Pie includes loads of butter and brown sugar which bake up into a creamy, caramel wonder.  Topped with Sea Salt hot out of the oven for that extra sweet, creamy, salty bite of Southern heaven.  *Chocolate Chip Caramel Chess & Chocolate Fudge Chess also available. 



​Classic Mexican Key Lime


Our signature Key Lime Pie gets a twist from fresh California Mexican & Key Limes, a cinnamon salty Honey Graham Cracker crust, and a secret whipped cream topping piled mile high with lime zest.  Refreshing, sweet/tart, sweet/salty.


Blueberry Pina Colada


Yep with a unique blend of spring apples, extra cinnamon, ginger and warm spices that make it an exceptionally great apple pie.  Topped with our butter/oat/brown sugar crumble.  Mom's absolute finest just dolled up a little.  Yum. *Salted Caramel Apple Toasted Pecan also available. 



Peanut Butter Buckeye


Chocolate cocoa-honey graham crust gets a whopping creamy, peanut butter filling, topped with a thin layer of chocolate ganache, whipped cream rosettes with a hint of peanut butter and mini Buckeye peanut butter/chocolate candies.  So much better than a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.


Birthday/Celebration Pie


Have your cake and eat it too!  Our vanilla been rum pastry cream stuffed with house baked cake chunks right in our very own signature butter crust.  Topped with whipped cream a dusting of colorful rainbow confetti sprinkles. Either vanilla with vanilla butter cake, or chocolate with chocolate cake.  Very festive indeed.



Spring Strawberry Pineapple Rhubarb


As if Strawberry Rhubarb wasn't already Springy fresh and delicious, we have found this to be a huge hit in our shop, so here it is.  Strawberries, Rhubarb and Pineapple create a wonderful flavor and bright hue - topped with our signature Brown Sugar/Butter/Oat crumble.  An Easter & Mom's Day Favorite. *GF Option available.



Quiche 


Our signature 10 inch Quiche, baked in our award winning butter crust with choice of fillings - Rosemary Ham, Potato, Asparagus & Bella Mushroom, Bacon, Spring Onion, Roasted Corn, Roasted Red Pepper, Tomato & Mozzarella, or Blistered Tomato, Pesto, Basil, Red Onion & Parmesan. Doesn't get any better than this.



Sea Salt Caramel Mango Rum Passion


Our KCRW award winning pie in whole pie form.  Mangos, passionfruit, housemade salted rum caramel topped with our Brown Sugar/Oat/Butter Crumble and laced with housemade Butterscotch Caramel and flecks of Maldon Sea Salt.  There's a reason why we won an award for this creation. 



Jeannie's Lemon Meringue


My Mom's classic Buttery Lemony Curd, topped with our secret Marshmallow Meringue swirls and torched to perfection.  Available with Raspberry or Blueberry bottom layer as well.



Old Fashioned Chocolate or Banana Cream


When I was young, Easter was all about Mom's home-made Cream Pies, either Coconut, Banana, Chocolate, or Peanut Butter Banana.  Our signature pastry cream, either Chocolate or Banana, topped with whipped cream.  Plain and simple but tastes like a million bucks. We've added this bit of nostalgia to the list upon request.



Classic Brown Sugar Peach


It's Peach season!  Special techniques bring out the natural juices and sugars in Spring's finest.  Nestled in a lattice butter crust or with our signature Brown Sugar/Butter/Oat Crumble.  Almost better than Mom's specialty! 



Classic Summer Boysenberry


Please check availability before ordering!  Boysenberry fruit seasons are limited here in So Cal.  This is a classic, two crust, Boysenberry pie at its best when we can find the berries! 



Salted Caramel Fudge Crostata


An old Knowrealitypie original, back on the menu!  A free-form Italian Crostata Pie, with a fudge filling and Salted Caramel Top flecked with Maldon Sea Salt.  This pastry is super flaky - a uniquely impressive and delicious pie.



Seasonal Fresh Strawberry


A shortbread cookie base, holds the season's finest fresh strawberries upon a light vanilla pastry cream base.  Topped with a housemade glaze, and whipped cream rosettes.  Simple decadence at it's finest.
