Pickup only.  No pie orders Mondays or Sunday. We do not accept orders by phone.  Click on the PayPal button adjacent the pie, and within a day or so a confirmation email will be sent to you.  Then, we discuss pickup day and time via email.  Please allow one week lead time on weekly whole pie orders - no exceptions. Menu offerings are updated seasonally and often.  Pies are $36.00-$45.00, 9 3/4 inches and generally serve 8-9.  Cheers! 



Triple Berry Cabernet


Our award winning Triple Berry Blend, steeped in a smidge of Cabernet wine, in our signature award winning double butter crust pie.  There's a reason it's a shop sellout and was voted Best Fruit Pie by KCRW - yum. *Available in Triple Berry Cabernet Chocolate Chip Crumble also and GF.  Specify by email.



Espresso Butterscotch Pecan


Our KCRW award winning Espresso Pecan Pie, laced with butterscotch chips - a brown sugar butter filling and hint of Espresso and loads of toasted pecans - no corn syrup here! *Available in Chocolate Chip Pecan also.  Specify by email.  



Washington Cherry 


Sweet, dark, tart cherries shipped to us specially from the Northwest, debut in this fresh take on boring Cherry pie.  Adorned with a brown sugar/butter/oat crumble topping or on request, lattice butter top crust.  Folks tell us they have never had a cherry pie this good.  We have to second that.  



Cognac Coconut Cream


My Mom had it right oh so many years ago - and the demand for our cream pies proves it.  Her signature pastry cream recipe lives on in this creamy, coconut filled pie with a hint of Cognac and vanilla bean paste.  Buttery, creamy, coconut delight.  In our signature award winning honey graham butter crust and topped with whipped cream, toasty coconut, and housemade coconut sugar.  Thanks Mom. *Black Bottom & Oreo version available.



Mexican Chocolate Dulce


Yes, it's that same cream pie base from Mom - infused with organic Vahlrona dark and semisweet chocolate, a hint of espresso powder to enhance that chocolate, cinnamon and piled onto a housemade Dulce de Leche caramel bottom, with a honey-cocoa graham crust.  Folks request this pie more than any other cream pie in our shop.  Topped with cocoa espresso whipped cream and specialty French chocolate sprinkles. 



Dutch Ginger Cranberry Apple


Our triple apple filling enhanced with warm ginger, bright fresh cranberries, and topped with our signature butter, brown sugar, oat crumble.  Very pretty, very fall.


 

Sea Salt Brown Sugar Caramel Chess


Our award winning spin on the traditional Southern Chess Pie includes loads of butter and brown sugar which bake up into a creamy, caramel wonder.  Topped with Sea Salt hot out of the oven for that extra sweet, creamy, salty bite of Southern heaven.  *Chocolate Chip Caramel Chess also available. 



​Classic Mexican Key Lime


Our signature Key Lime Pie gets a twist from fresh California Mexican & Key Limes, a cinnamon salty Honey Graham Cracker crust, and a secret whipped cream topping piled mile high with lime zest.  Refreshing, sweet/tart, sweet/salty. *Black Bottom Key Lime also available.


Pink Lady Apple & Marion Berry


Northern Wild Maine Marion Berries meet our Pink Lady apple blend, with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and topped with our signature butter, brown sugar, oat crumble.  A hint of late summer and autumn with a fantastic flavor.   



Peanut Butter Cup


Chocolate cocoa-honey graham crust gets a whopping creamy, peanut butter filling, topped with a thin layer of chocolate ganache, whipped cream rosettes with a hint of peanut butter and mini peanut butter chips.  So much better than a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.



Birthday/Celebration Pie


Have your cake and eat it too!  Our vanilla been rum pastry cream stuffed with house baked cake chunks right in our very own signature butter crust.  Topped with whipped cream a dusting of colorful rainbow confetti sprinkles. Either vanilla with vanilla butter cake, or chocolate with chocolate cake.  Very festive indeed.



Caramel Pumpkin


Our Mom's classic pumpkin pie recipe with a unique caramel/dulce de leche swirl in the center!  This was our most popular Thanksgiving pie to date.  Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, and our signature butter crust - fall, so nice to see you again! ​



Quiche 


Our signature 10 inch Quiche, baked in our award winning butter crust with choice of fillings - Rosemary Ham, Potato, Asparagus & Bella Mushroom, Bacon, Spring Onion, Roasted Corn, Roasted Red Pepper, Tomato & Mozzarella, or Blistered Tomato, Pesto, Basil, Red Onion & Parmesan. Doesn't get any better than this.



Sea Salt Caramel Mango Rum Passion


Our KCRW award winning pie in whole pie form.  Mangos, passionfruit, housemade salted rum caramel topped with our Brown Sugar/Oat/Butter Crumble and laced with housemade Butterscotch Caramel and flecks of Maldon Sea Salt.  There's a reason why we won an award for this creation. 



Dutch Cranberry Cherry Streusel


Our signature Washington Cherry filling gets a fall boost from bright, fresh cranberries, and plump dried cranberries, topped with our butter, brown sugar, oat streusel. Such a pretty hued and very delicious fall pie.



Banoffee

(Banana Toffee)


Silky Salted Caramel Banana Pastry Cream, housemade Dulce de Leche, and chunked Bananas all nestled into a honey butter, cinnamon graham crust!  Topped with a blanket of snow white whipped cream, toffee bits and caramel fudge swirls.  *Peanut Butter Banoffee available also.



Classic Autumn Boysenberry


Northern Wild Boysenberries shipped specially to our tiny pie company pack great flavor and beautiful color.  Available in our signature award winning butter crust with a brown sugar, butter, oat crumble.



Triple Apple Caramel Pecan


Our signature triple apple combination with warm cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, with house made caramel fudge and toasted pecans.  A sprinkle of salty sweet Caramel Sugar, completes this wonderful fall pie - a shop sellout.   Mom's special recipe close to my heart.  *Rosemary Caramel Apple also available.



Earl Grey Tea


Yes. We most certainly did.  We infuse white chocolate mousse cream with Earl Grey Tea - floral, mild, wispy, and pile it atop a chocolate ganache base in our signature all butter award winning crust.  Topped with whipped cream and crushed salty pistachios.  Deliciously sinful.



Old Fashioned Brandy Cider Apple


Mom's​ triple apple combination spiced with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and apple cider reduction, with a hint of brandy encased in our award winning two butter crust.  Warm, fall, cozy.  Mom was known for her apple pies. *Apple Cranberry also available.



Kona Mocha Brownie


A house made brownie pie, loaded with chocolate chunks, Kona espresso, and topped with a Kona Mocha Coffee glaze.  This pie is so decadent, and worth every, single, sinful calorie.  



German Chocolate Pecan


A fun riff on classic Pecan - with the addition of coconut and chocolate!  Think German Chocolate Cake all rolled into this pie.  Yum.



Brown Sugar Maple Chess


This pie has fall written all over it.  Similar to our Sea Salt Caramel Chess, but with heavy maple flavor.  Topped with Maple whipped cream rosettes and a sprinkle of Maple sugar. 



Salty Honey Pie


A recent addition to our pie shop!  Salty Honey Pie is the naughty sister of Caramel Chess.  Honey, Salt, Eggs and Sugar make a sweet and salty chess type of pie.  A sprinkle of sweet and salty honey sugar finishes this pie and steals the show.



Berries Gone Wild


We take our Triple Berry Cabernet, add fall cranberries and autumn strawberries, for a wildberry explosion.  We can't decide if we like this one or the Triple Berry better - both KCRW award winning pies, back to back!



Bourbon Pear Cranberry w/

Toasted Pecan Crumble


Pears and apples make a remarkably delicious pie, especially when Bourbon is added.  Bright juicy cranberries lend a sweet tart taste to the palate, and the surprise of toasted pecans in the brown sugar, butter and oat crumble is divine.



Butterscotch Gran Marnier Apple


A new fall favorite!  Our triple apple combination, laced with Butterscotch chips and a splash of Gran Marnier, bringing out the best taste of these fall beauties.  Topped with our butter, brown sugar, oat crumble, and a house made Butterscotch drizzle.



Pumpkin Chocolate Chip


Our signature classic pumpkin pie filling, speckled with mini chocolate chips, baked in a butter recipe chocolate crust.  Pumpkin and chocolate are a match made in fall pie heaven.

A fall classic incorporating our triple apple combination, juicy raspberries, and a hint of rum.  Topped with our brown sugar, butter, oat chunky streusel.  A best seller this time last year.
